During the inquiry process, we will discuss the setup time on the day of your event, the event duration, and the breakdown time. If you wish to keep your rental for more than one day, please inform us during the inquiry process. Additional fees will apply for extended rentals.

We deliver to all types of event locations, whether it’s a corporate event, your home, an event hall, or a restaurant. However, we do NOT deliver to parks or open public spaces. Please ensure there is enough clearance for the Flower Wall, which measures 8ft by 8ft.

Delivery is free within 10 miles of 95630. For deliveries outside of this area, additional fees will apply.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your rental, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your new date, changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

We recommend booking at least four weeks in advance. Some of our most popular walls are rented out weekly, so early booking ensures availability.

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date and time slot. This deposit holds your reservation while you finalize the details of your order. Please note that your booking is only confirmed once deposit payment is made. Your final payment is due one week before your event. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
